1. Determine Your Eligibility to Sponsor<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

You have to be a citizen of the United States or a lawful permanent resident (holder of a green card).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You must demonstrate that your marriage is lawful and authentic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. File Form I-130 (Petition for Alien Relative)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Send USCIS Form I-130 to start the connection.
